1. Service description
SiteFix24 provides website fixes related to:
- Performance (speed)
- Security
- Basic SEO setup
- WordPress maintenance
2. How it works
- You submit your request
- We review your website
- We contact you with clarification if needed
- We send you an invoice
- Work starts after payment
3. Pricing
- Standard service price: €79
- Final scope may vary depending on complexity
- Additional work is quoted separately
4. Payment
- Payment is made via invoice
- Work begins only after payment is received
5. No upfront commitment
Submitting a form does not create a payment obligation.
You decide whether to proceed after review.
6. Delivery
- Standard turnaround: up to 24 hours after payment
- More complex cases may take longer (you will be informed)
7. Refund policy
- If we cannot fix the agreed issue → full refund
- No refunds after successful delivery
8. Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party hosting issues
- External service failures
- Pre-existing critical system limitations
